The Group has launched TrevPAR World Central Reservations to offer hospitality operators a professional, reliable, skilled, and cost-effective outsourced reservation service.

The CRO team is centrally located in Gauteng and utilises cloud-based IP-Enabled, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology to provide a seamless, personalised, and professional reservation experience irrespective of the caller’s origin or property’s physical location.  Each property will receive a unique reservation contact number.
