Budget Creation/Validation
A three year historical day by day analysis will be conducted in order to determine trends that have been seen in the market.
Daily Reporting & Tracking
TrevPAR World will supply the hotel with a daily pickup report for 3 months rolling indicating the revenue changes.
Daily Forecasting
TrevPAR World will supply the hotel with a daily forecast for three months based on the trends studied from the daily data.
Daily/Weekly Rate Shop
TrevPAR World will conduct a rate shop to determine the best selling prices to apply in order to generate revenues.
Daily/Weekly Rate Updates
Once the rate shop is completed, TrevPAR World will update the rates for 3 - 6 months across all systems.
OTA Extranet Management
TrevPAR World will manage the OTA extranet and this includes content updates as well as the activation and management of promotions.
Room Revenue Forecasting
Introduce weekly six-month Room revenue forecast from property level in order to get a better hotel level understanding of what the business requirements may be.
Monthly Reporting
TrevPAR World will supply a month end report based on the revenue management findings
