Our CRO team is centrally located in Gauteng, South Africa and utilises cloud-based IP-Enabled, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology to provide a seamless, personalised and professional reservation experience irrespective of your caller’s origin or property’s location.
The dedicated team are diverse and experienced and have direct access to your property’s live inventory, availability, and rates. This provides for an efficient and proficient reservation experience that ensures higher conversion of inbound queries to booked rooms.
The team are administratively geared and will ensure all related paperwork and payments are complete prior to arrival of your guests.
This facility is currently available in English but is scalable based on your specific need.
